Low Tide (above) - An opportunity for long, long beach walks, creative beachcombing & building beautiful sandcastles.

          Sunset from the screened room.

Offering an authentic Maritime experience for you and your family, this is a perfect rural base for exploring the province or settling down to simply enjoy life like the locals do.

Swim in some of the warmest ocean waters in Nova Scotia (and Canada for that matter) and enjoy the freshest seafood that the province has to offer.

Thanks to the extreme low tides, warm sand bars and shallow depths, water temperatures out front reach a balmy 22-25 degrees Celsius/72-77 degrees Fahrenheit during the heat of summer.

Take a dip or beachcomb on the sandbars for hours during low tide.  Revel in magenta sunrises and blazing sunsets or simply watch the sailboats waft by from any of our 3 new decks.

Live life by the pulse of the ocean.  Low tide (in photo above) offers fresh new sandbars to explore daily.

Open style cottage kitchen/great room boasts ocean views, original beams, an attached 200 sq foot oceanfront screened room, streams of natural light, "retro-modern" barn fixtures and lots of space to socialize!

Sleeping loft with 2 view skylights, TV with DVD player, bean bag chairs, 2 twin beds & a full-sized twin rollaway cot with removable child safety rail

(shown in above photo on left).

Private King bedroom is perched beside the loft with a charming window seat. Enjoy the water views from bed too.

Lower master (above) features large windows, sweeping ocean views, an extra long double bed, 89 inch window seat, high quality tencel and cotton bedding, vintage original farmhouse door headboard, a large dyson fan, mister fan, added ceiling fan and pot lights.
Located on the main floor beside the bathroom, this is the perfect room for your senior guests.
